Yes, we all have been there, Tourism is a big big industry with enormous revenue, but what about when your trip converts in a nightmare? I want to think we all have had a  flight delay of 8 hours? Baggage lost for one month…” And After 8 months I’m receiving a check of 207 euro…not even covering the minimum expenses generated for 1 month trip in another country!” Thank you Air France you are so kind and efficient, naaaaaaaaaa, unbelievable!

What about flight canceled, worst airport, worst service and guide orientation, then after hours of trying to reach someone that tells you what will happen now that flight is canceled, they tell you “Nothing to do for now, you have to stay over night and check if tomorrow we can find another flight for you” Thank you Alitalia you made it easy never flying with you again!

I’m sure there are thousand of complains and frustrations about the services received, but after you read about others experience, you might not think same way…
