The potential candidate Must have luxury hotels background with minimum 3 years experience in Training and Development of line staff and middle management positions. Must create a yearly training plan with huge focus on pre opening stage where new hired line staff will need to be trained on departmental functions and skills in order to be ready for the opening date of the hotel.
